(a)- turn the hot water to the hot rava pan stirring constantly. Be cautious as it splatters.
(b)- keep the flame medium and keep stirring until all the water is consumed.
(c)- Sheera is thick at this phase.
(d)- Cover and cook on a low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
(e)- Add the sugar and cardamom powder.
(f)- Mix well to dissolve the sugar. It dissolves and makes the whole sheera gooey.
(g)- inside a moment, the gooey sheera turns thick again.
(h)- keep stirring until it starts to leave the pan.
(I)- When it melts, fluff up using the spatula.
(j)- Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with cashews nuts, Almonds, and raisins.
(k)- you could also press down it in a small bowl and invert the serving dish.

- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tbsp cardamom
- 2 cups water
- 5-6 Almonds (Chopped)
- 15 cash nuts (Chopped)
- 10-12 Raisins
